Refund policy

Returns Policy

This policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately Pocket of Art cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return of an unwanted order, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I don't accept cancellations after item has been shipped or for custom/ personalised items or commissions of artwork after work has commenced. 

I can accept returns or exchanges for cards and gifts where they have unfortunately arrived damaged or defective.  

Artwork that arrives damaged or defective may be returned for a refund.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

I cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • a uniquely handmade original piece of artwork that has been custom made or personalised to order
  • Commissions
  • Digital artwork downloaded
  • Gift Cards
  • Sale items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@pocket-of-art.com.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
